Key Features of Fakhar-e-bhakar
Fakhar-e-Bhakkar is a high-yielding, temperature-stress tolerant, and disease-resistant wheat variety developed in Pakistan. It is especially well-suited for cultivation in the hot, irrigated, and dry climates of Punjab. The variety has been officially approved for commercial cultivation in these regions.
The plant height ranges from 100 to 110 cm, contributing to its resistance to lodging. It offers a maximum yield potential of 55–60 mounds per acre, with a 1000-grain weight of 40–45 grams.
